Two Searcy men were arrested on Thursday after detectives, serving a search warrant, recovered over $1,000 in stolen property. 

Jerry Allen Sarrels, 42, and Jedidiah Huffstickler, 33, are both facing charges of Breaking and Entering and Theft of Property, both charges are Class C Felonies. 

The White County Sheriff's Department Criminal Investigation Division conducted the search warrant on Thursday at 944 Mount Pisgah Road in Letona. While searching the home, officers uncovered several stolen items including tools, vehicle parts, a lawn mower, two firearms and several other pieces of property that were reported stolen. 

Upon arrest, Sarrels and Huffstickler were both transported the the White County Detention Center and are being held on $5,000 bond. Formal charges will be filed.
