New Addition of MW Boutique
Feb 22, 2012
Great things are happening at Sue’s Alterations with the addition of MW Boutique.  New owners, Lamar and Mary Wright, celebrated their ownership and new boutique addition with a Ribbon Cutting celebration in conjunction with the Searcy Regional Chamber of Commerce.  The event was held February 21 at their 705 Marion Street location.

“We just feel blessed to be here,” said Lamar Wright, co-owner.  “Searcy is a great community and we are looking forward to many years of success.”

Sue’s offers all types of alterations and sewing repairs from clothing to boat tarps.  Patches on jackets, uniforms, monogramming, hidden zippers and repair of clergy clothing is also available.  Look no further for full tailored suits or dresses for any occasion, custom made gowns, wedding dresses, prom and pageant dresses.  You can bring your pattern or our team can custom design it for you.

Their new addition, MW Boutique, offers a variety of accessories, including dress and play cloths and shoes.  If we don’t have it, we can overnight it or we can design and make whatever you need.  We specialize in one-of-a-kind outfits just for you.

“We are so thankful to be able to take over an established business with a strong loyal client base,” said Mary Wright, co-owner.  “Everyone has been wonderful and we are really looking forward to serving Searcy and White County.”

In celebration, starting February 21st, all Regions Bank, First Security Bank and First Community Bank employees will receive a 5% discount for two weeks ending March 6th on their in store purchase of $20 or more.  We also offer a Harding Discount and senior citizen discount.
