Roger Pearson

Roger Pearson is a Lieutenant from the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for eighteen years. All eighteen years have been with the Searcy Police Department. He has a high school diploma from Heber Springs High School and has attended Arkansas State University, Central Texas College, and the University of Virginia. He has a wife and children. His favorite part about working as a Lieutenant is helping people. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the professional atmosphere, the quality of the people, and their willingness to give their all to anyone in need of it.
