Lola Philpott

Lola Philpott is a Dispatcher at the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement for almost seven years. Five years of her police work have been with the Searcy Police Department. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Harding University. She has a husband and two children. Her favorite part about working as a Dispatcher is being the heart of the police department. She enjoys being the integral part of the police department and working closely with all the employees, officers, detectives, etc. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the camaraderie. She loves the fact that Searcy Police Department is a family unit.
