Carl Van Winkle

Carl Van Winkle is a Corporal from the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for twenty years. Eighteen years have been with the Searcy Police Department. He graduated from Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa, California, and has some college education. His favorite part about working as a Corporal is training the new officers. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is watching the new officers grow with confidence and knowledge.
