Amanda Webb
Amanda Webb is a Records Clerk for the Searcy Police Department. Webb has been with the SPD since July 7, 2008. Webb graduated from Searcy High School and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She enjoys being a part of a great team and working with family at the Searcy Police Department.
Andrew Baker
Andrew Baker is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Baker has been in law enforcement since September of 2008. He is from Amelia, Ohio where he graduated from Amelia HS. Baker has a bachelors degree in German/Oral Communications from Lipscomb University. Baker enjoys lending a helping hand to those in need and likes working for the Searcy Police Department because of the emphasis on training and the sense of family among coworkers.
Anne Rigsby
Anne Rigsby is an Investigator for the Searcy Police Department. She was re-hired by the Searcy Police Department in May of 2008 and has been in law enforcement since 2002. She has a cosmetology degree from Searcy Beauty College, attended Black River Tech trade school, and is a certified Law Enforcement Officer from the Police Academy.
She has a husband and five children. Her favorite part about working as an investigator is giving back to the public by helping them with whatever is necessary to make a change in their lives. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the feeling as if she is at home with her “other family.”
Ashley Fortenberry
Ashley Fortenberry is a dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department. She is from Bee Branch, Ark., and has worked at the Searcy Police Department since July 7, 2007. Fortenberry is currently working on a degree in Criminal Justice through ASU-Beebe and ASU-Jonesboro. She enjoys spending time with her family and looks forward to a career in law enforcement. Fortenberry's favorite parts about working in dispatch are the new experiences, constant learning, and the accomplishment she feels daily. She enjoys the sense of family at the Searcy Police Department.
Brian Wyatt
Brian Wyatt is a detective for the Searcy Police Department. Wyatt has worked with the Searcy Police Department since July 7, 2008. Wyatt has a degree in Criminal Justice and is married. His favorite part about working in law enforcement is the interaction with a large variety of people and he enjoys the excellent training and coworkers at the Searcy Police Department.
Chancey Warden
Chancey Warden is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department.
Warden was hired by the Searcy Police Department in August of 2006 and, after briefly working in another field, was rehired in December of 2011.
Warden is from Pleasant Plains and graduated from Midland High School. He enjoys working for the Searcy Police Department because of the camaraderie and professionalism that his coworkers demonstrate.
Corderro Earls
Corderro Earls is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since December of 2007. He has a high school diploma from Des Arc High School and some years of college. His favorite part about working as an officer is the job allows him to be a light to someone’s life and have the children in the community look up to him. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that it is a family he can always depend on to help him or anyone in a time of need.
Cynthia Poskey
Cynthia Poskey is an Animal Control Officer for the Searcy Police Department. She was hired in April of 2010. Poskey graduated from Judsonia High School and attended Arkansas State University in Beebe.
She is married and has two daughters. Poseky's favorite part of her job is meeting new people and she especially enjoys her coworkers.
Daniel Johnson
Daniel Johnson is a Corporal with the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for ten years. All ten years of his police work have been with the Searcy Police Department. He has a diploma from Searcy High School. He has one sister. Johnson was married in June of 2008. His favorite part about working as a Corporal is being able to work outside and with the public. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that he loves his co-workers and working at the department. He is carrying on a tradition of police work because his father retired from the Searcy Police Department in 1995 and his grandfather was also a policeman.
Don Davis
Don Davis is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Davis is from Searcy Ark., and has a bachelors degree from Harding University. He is married and has three children. Davis enjoys being able to do a job in which he can look out for both the community and has family at the same time. Davis' favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is the camaraderie.
Eric Webb
Eric Webb is a Lieutenant with the Searcy Police Department. He has been in police work since 1988. His entire career has been with the Searcy Police Department. He graduated from Searcy High School and had some college at Ouachita Baptist University. He has a wife and one child. His favorite part about working as a Lieutenant is problem solving. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is being able to serve in his hometown.
Frank Bishop
Frank Bishop is a Support Technician for the Searcy Police Department. Bishop is from McRae, Ark. and has been with the Searcy Police Department since March 9, 2007. His favorite part about working with the Searcy Police Department is the people.
Greg Mote
Greg Mote is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for ten years. Eight out of the ten years have been with the Searcy Police Department. He has a high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Arkansas State University and Harding University. His favorite part about working as a Detective is the challenge of solving cases and working with other detectives. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the camaraderie.
Holly Money
Holly Money is the Police Chief's Administrative Secretary at the Searcy Police Department.
She began her law enforcement career in the Air Force. Money started working at the Searcy Police Department in July of 2006. She has a bachelor's degree in management from Park University in Missouri. Money is married and has three children. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is being part of an organization that helps the community.
Janet Allen
Janet Allen is a Dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department. She was hired by the Searcy Police Department in May of 2007. Felts graduated from Searcy High School and ran an in-home daycare for 10 years before joining the law enforcement profession.
Felts is a mother and grandmother. Her favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is the family atmosphere.
Jay Cupit
Jay Cupit is a detective for the Searcy Police Department.
Cupit has 18 years of experience in law enforcement and has been with the Searcy Police Department since April of 2009. Cupit graduated from Heber Springs High School. Cupit enjoys meeting new people and likes working with the other officers at the Searcy Police Department.
Jeff Nassar
Jeff Nassar is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. He was hired by the Searcy Police Department in November of 2004 after working in law enforcement for 15 years in Mississippi. Nassar is from Greenville, Miss.
Nassar enjoys having the chance to help people and possibly change someone's life. His favorite part of working for the Searcy Police Department is the support and care that is shown by his coworkers.
Jeremy Baldwin
Jeremy Baldwin is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Baldwin is from Searcy and graduated from Bald Knob High School. He is married and has one son. Baldwin's favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is working with a group of people who enjoy what they do and do their jobs with pride and honor.
Jolynn Lovell
Jolynn Lovell is a Support Tech for the Searcy Police Department.
She has been in law enforcement since December 1999. She has been with the Searcy Police Department since May 2008. She has a high school diploma from Bradford High School. She has one daughter. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the people. She stated, “You will not find the committed, hard working, dedicated, structured, and loving family anywhere else!”
Josh King
Josh King is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. King joined the department in December of 2010. He is a Searcy native and graduated from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock with a degree in Criminal Justice. King enjoys making a difference in his hometown and helping people.
Kara Longoria
Kara Longoria is a dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department.
Longoria began her law enforcement career in Sept. 2005 working as a patrol officer. She graduated from Searcy High School in 2000 and has attended University of Central Arkansas and Arkansas State University.
Longoria is married and has one stepson. Her long family history in law enforcement began with her great great grandfather, who was a Texas Ranger. Longoria's favorite part about working as an investigator is helping the public and being a positive role model in the city where she grew up. She enjoys working for the Searcy Police Department because "it is community and family-oriented."
Karen House
Karen House is the Animal Control Officer for the Searcy Police Department. House is from Jacksonville, Ark., and graduated from Jacksonville High School. She is married and has two daughters. House enjoys reuniting an owner with their lost pet and keeping animals and people safe. Her favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is her fellow workers.
Keith Hays
Keith Hays is a Detective for the Searcy Police Department. Hays was hired by the Searcy Police Department in October of 2007. He grew up in Pleasant Plains, Ark., and attended Pleasant Plains High School. Hays graduated from ASU-Beebe with an associate's degree and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Arkansas Tech.
Hays was named Officer of the Year for the Searcy Police Department in 2011. He credits his success in the police department to his coworkers and his training.
Keith Pierson
Keith Pierson is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Pierson has been with the SPD since January 2009. Pierson grew up in Sherwood, Ark., and graduated from Abundant Life School in 2006. He attended Pulaski Technical College and ASU-Beebe. Pierson enjoys being on the streets of Searcy, meeting and interacting with people.
Kelli Shaw
Kelli Shaw is the CID Secretary at the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement for twelve years. All twelve years have been with the Searcy Police Department. She has a high school diploma and two years of college. She has three children. Her favorite part about working as a CID Secretary is preparing case files for the detectives to present to the prosecutor. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that it is a home to her and the men and women there are family.
Kendall Samuel
Kendall Samuel is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. He was hired by the Searcy Police Department in June of 2009. Samuel is from Houston, Texas and attended Harding University where he majored in Psychology.
Samuel likes being able to make a difference in this community by helping people.
Krissi Harden
Krissi Harden is a dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department.
Harden is from Houston, Texas and has worked for the Searcy Police Dept. since May 1, 2006. She has two children. Harden credits her continuous training at her position for being able to do her job to the best of her ability. Harden enjoys being a part of the Searcy Police Department "family" and being able to interact with the community.
Kyle Osborne
Kyle Osborne began his career as a Patrolman with the Searcy Police Department in 1982. After three years as a patrol officer, Osborne was promoted to Sergeant in 1985. While supervising a patrol shift he also managed the Police Departments evidence room and attended various training classes around the state. In 1992, Osborne transferred to the Criminal Investigation Division. As the C.I.D. Sergeant, he assigned criminal cases to be investigated by the Detectives and conducted daily meetings as to the progress of those investigations. Promoted to Lieutenant in 1993, he assumed command of the Criminal Investigation and Narcotics Divisions. In 1998, Osborne was promoted to the rank of Captain and continued duties in the Criminal and Narcotics Divisions.
In 2004, Osborne was promoted to the rank of Major and then, in February 2007, was promoted to Chief of Police. Chief Osborne thrives on the intensity of Police work. Throughout his Law Enforcement career he has received thousands of hours of specialized training from all over the country, many while attending night classes at Arkansas State University.
When not at work, Chief Osborne enjoys golf and hunting.

Lanelle Mendenhall
Lanelle Mendenhall is a Record Clerk at the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement since April of 2006, when she began at the Searcy Police Department. She has a high school diploma from New Caney High School in New Caney, Texas. Her favorite part about working as a Record Clerk is the wonderful department and people in the department.
Laurel Dillard
Laurel Dillard is an Investigator for the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement since October of 1997. She graduated the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy in October 1999. She began working for the Searcy Police Department in March of 2003. She graduated from Searcy High School in 1994 and has attended some college courses at the Arkansas State University at Beebe.
She is married to Dane Dillard and has four children. Her favorite part about working as a Detective is having the opportunity to help citizens in her home town and give back to her community. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the professionalism and camaraderie.
Lola Philpott
Lola Philpott is a Dispatcher at the Searcy Police Department. She was hired by the Searcy Police Department in July of 2004. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Harding University.
Philpott has a husband and three children. Her favorite part about working as a Dispatcher is being the heart of the police department. She enjoys being the integral part of the police department and working closely with all the employees, officers, detectives, etc. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the camaraderie. She loves the fact that Searcy Police Department is a family unit.
Lynn Smith
Lynn Smith is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department.
Smith has been with the Searcy Police Department since April of 2009. Smith has a Criminal Justice degree from Arkansas State University - Beebe. Smith's favorite part about being a police officer is the satisfaction he has when helping people in need.
Matt Higgins
Matt Higgins is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department.
Higgins has been with the Searcy Police Department since April of 2009. He has an Associate of General Studies degree from Arkansas State University. Higgins' favorite part about working in law enforcement is connecting with the citizens in the community.
Michael Bullock
Patrolman Michael Bullock has worked for the Searcy Police Department since February 2007.
Bullock left the SPD in October 2007 for his second deployment in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is an Infantry Team Leader for B Company 2-153 IN for the National Guard.
Bullock graduated from Searcy High School. Bullock enjoys working as an officer because "it never feels like work." He specifically likes working for the Searcy Police Department because he gets to help the community, where he grew up, to prosper.
Michael Mosher
Michael Mosher is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Mosher joined the department in December of 2010. He is from Denver, Colo., and graduated from Englewood High School. Mosher is married and has two children. His favorite part of being a patrolman is learning new things and he enjoys helping this community be a better place to live.
Michelle Jobe
Michelle Jobe is a Dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department. Jobe has worked for the Searcy Police Department since May of 1991.
She is from Rose Bud and has attended EMT school. Jobe appreciates that every day is an adventure as a dispatcher. Her favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is the sense of family.
Mike Jones
Mike Jones is a Sergeant for the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since June of 1990. His entire law enforcement career has been with the Searcy Police Department. He has a high school diploma from Judsonia High School and has an Associate's Degree in Law Enforcement from Arkansas State University. He has a wife and three children. His favorite part about working as a Sergeant is solving the problem and finding a solution that reduces or eliminates the conflict between individuals. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department are the relationships he has established with the other officers at the department.
Nick Darnell
Nick Darnell is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Darnell began work at the Searcy Police Department in June of 2010. Darnell’s hometown is Searcy. He graduated from River Ridge High School in Port Richey, Fla. He has attended ASU-Beebe. Darnell is married and has two children. His favorite part about the working at the Searcy Police Department is that he gets to work in his hometown, which he thinks is a “great city”.
Nina Gilpin
Nina Gilpin is a Communication Operator at the Searcy Police Department. She worked for the Heber Springs Police Department for two years before starting at the Searcy Police Department in 1984. After a brief stint at OES in Conway, Gilpin returned to SPD in November of 1989.
Her favorite part about working as a Communication Operator is that there are new calls and developments everyday. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the feeling of family between employees.
Norma Isham
Norma Isham is a dispatcher for the Searcy Police Department.
Isham has been with the Searcy Police Department since April of 2009. She graduated from Searcy High School and has two children. Her favorite part of working in dispatch is serving the community where she grew up. She enjoys working in a position where no two days are the same and working with a group of people she considers her family.
Rachel Black
Rachel Black is a School Resource Officer for the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement since December of 2006. She has attended college and is still attending to get her degree in Criminal Justice from Arkansas State University: Beebe and South Eastern Arkansas: Pine Bluff. Black is married and has one child. Her favorite parts about working as a Patrolman are helping others when in need and being a positive role model. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that she has met several co-workers that have become family.
Ricky Brown
Ricky Brown is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department.
Brown has been with the Searcy Police Department since April of 2009. Brown graduated from Haughton High School (La.) and attended Vincents University. Brown enjoys helping people and working with other officers. He also commends the Searcy Police Department for its focus on training.
Roger Pearson
Roger Pearson is a Lieutenant from the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since 1990. His entire law enforcement career has been with the Searcy Police Department. He is a graduate of Heber Springs High School and holds a degree in criminal Justice from Arkansas State University. He also graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy Session 232.
He has a wife and children. His favorite part about working as a Lieutenant is helping people. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the professional atmosphere, the quality of the people, and their willingness to give their all to anyone in need of it.
Rudy Ripka
Rudy Ripka is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Ripka was hired as a patrolman in May of 2010. He has a Bachelors degree in History from Williams Baptist College and is married. Ripka enjoys being a police officer because it is not routine. Every day and every shift is different. His favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is the support of the officers and the helpfulness of everyone.
Scott Thomas
Scott Thomas is a Detective for the Searcy Police Department. He began his career with the Searcy Police Department in 2003. He has a high school diploma from White County Central School. His favorite part about working as a Detective is learning something new everyday that goes toward helping the fine citizens of Searcy. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is “being able to work with people who can be considered a family.”
Steve Hacker
Steve Hacker is a Sergeant for the Searcy Police Department and is from Portia, Ark. Sergeant Hacker started his work with the Searcy Police Department on Oct. 26, 1994 after working with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department for four years .
He has three children and is married to Barbara Hacker.
Steve Spurlock
Steve Spurlock is a Corporal for the Searcy Police Department. Spurlock is from Searcy and graduated from Harding Academy in 1980. He worked for the Judsonia Police Department and the White County Sheriff's Office before starting at the Searcy Police Department in October of 2001.
He is married to Kathy and has two stepchildren and two grandchildren. His favorite parts about working with the Searcy Police Department are meeting new people, working with Searcy's finest officers, and working with other departments.
Steve Taylor
Steve Taylor is a Detective and a Corporal from the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since January of 1990. Prior to working at the Searcy Police Department, Taylor was a police officer in Michigan for 15 years. He has a bachelor's degree from UALR and is currently attending Law School at UALR.
He has a wife, two children, and three step-children. His favorite part about working as a Detective is working with other officers and victims to resolve investigations. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is working with a great bunch of police officers in a great community.
T.C. Poskey
T.C. Poskey is the warrants officer for the Searcy Police Department. Poskey has been with the Searcy Police Department since July of 2007. He got his high school diploma from Searcy High School and attended some college at Arkansas State University: Beebe. He has a wife. He enjoys every part of being a Patrolman. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that Searcy is his hometown and didn't want to work any other place.
Tabatha Castera
Tabatha Castera is a Dispatcher from the Searcy Police Department. She has been in law enforcement for five and a half years. She has a high school diploma from McRae Public High School, an EMT-A degree from Foothills, and an EMT-I degree from UAMS. She has two children. Her favorite part about working as a dispatcher is that there is “never a dull moment.” Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the family tie they have that will last forever.
Terri Lee
Terri Lee is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Lee is from Valdosta, Ga. She was hired as an officer in February of 2012. She was the Media Relations Coordinator for SPD from April 2008 to February 2012. Lee has a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media from Harding University. Her favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is the family-like atmosphere.
Terry W. Blanton
Terry W. Blanton is a Patrolman with the Searcy Police Department. He has been with the Searcy Police Department since October of 2007 . He has a high school diploma from Bald Knob High School. He has a wife and two children. His favorite part about working as an officer is the interaction with the citizens and trying to make a difference. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that it is a great opportunity for a good career and a great department for new people in this career with good training opportunities.
Tim Webb
Tim Webb began his law enforcement career in the Patrol Division of the Searcy Police Department in 1984. Webb spent six years in patrol and five years in the Criminal Investigation Division with a promotion to Sergeant in 1992. He directed the Support Services Division from April 1995 to May of 1999. Webb was then promoted to Lieutenant and put in command of the Criminal Investigation Division. Since 2000, he has worked as the head of the Patrol Division and Support Services Division. In November of 2007, Tim Webb was promoted to Major and holds that title today for the Searcy Police Department.
Major Webb is married and has two daughters.
Todd A. Dewitt
Todd A. Dewitt is the Investigator in charge of misdemeanors for the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement since May of 2007. His time in police work has been with the Searcy Police Department. He has a wife, two daughters, and two step-children. He has attended college atArkansas State University- Beebe and Harding University. His favorite part about working as a Patrolman is the ability to be a servant to the people of Searcy and to protect them. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that Searcy is one of the best places to work because the police department and town are so family oriented.
Todd Myers
Todd Myers is a Corporal with the Searcy Police Department. He has been in law enforcement for more than 15 years. He was hired at the Searcy Police Department in August of 1998. He attended college at Lakeland Community College. He has two children. His favorite part about working as a Corporal is helping people and making a difference in their lives. His favorite part about working for the Searcy Police Department is that the people he works with are a great group.
Todd Wells
Todd Wells is a Patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. He was hired by the Searcy Police Department in July of 2007. Wells is from Kensett and worked at MHC Kenworth in Little Rock before becoming a police officer.
Wells is a firearms instructor for the Searcy Police Department and was named Officer of the Year for the SPD in 2009.
Tom McGee
Tom McGee is a Sergeant for the Searcy Police Department. McGee graduated from Searcy High School and has been with the Searcy Police Dept. since August 10, 1998. Sergeant McGee enjoys being able to help people in their time of need.
Zach Rigsby
Zach Rigsby is a patrolman for the Searcy Police Department. Rigsby was hired in August of 2010. He is from Searcy and has attended Arkansas State University in Beebe and Southern Arkansas University. Rigsby is married and has two children. His favorite part about working at the Searcy Police Department is the care that the employees have for one another.
