The Administration of the Searcy Police Department includes the Chief of Police, the Major, the Lieutenants, the records clerks, the administrative assistant and the media relations coordinator.

The Records Clerk provides professional records maintenance and clerical support to the Searcy Police Department. The Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police provides professional records maintenance and clerical support, specifically, to the Police Chief of the Searcy Police Department. The Media Relations Coordinator uses all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of the Searcy Police Department.
